Meet the team

Kyle Youndt
Owner
Before starting his own company, Kyle worked as a pipe crew foreman and safety manager at Martin Excavating, where he developed valuable leadership, estimating, and construction skills. Kyle and his wife, Kristen, have two sons, Kolton and Kayden. The boys often spend time at the shop, cleaning equipment, helping with chores, practicing operating machinery, and riding along in the dump trucks. Kyle takes great pride in fostering a fun, family-oriented work environment and genuinely views his employees as an extension of his own family.

Kristen Youndt
Office Manager
​Kristen met Kyle while attending Millersville University, where she graduated in 2006 with a BSE in Mathematics. She then spent 11 years teaching high school math at Donegal High School, earning her ME in Mathematics along the way. For the first four years of Kyle’s business, Kristen would teach all day, grade papers after the boys went to bed, and then work on business bookkeeping with Kyle. In January 2017, they decided that for the company to continue growing, Kristen would need to leave teaching and join the business full-time—a difficult decision, given her love for teaching and her students. Looking back, she considers it the best choice she ever made, as it allows her to work from home and spend more time with her sons.

​At the company, Kristen is affectionately known as "Big K" or "Momma K." She manages payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and various daily administrative tasks. While mathematics remains a big part of her life, she applies it in a very different way now.
