Company history...In April 2013, Kyle Youndt founded K&K Youndt Excavating, LLC with a skid loader, and single-axle dump truck. At the time, he had no intention of hiring employees, enjoying the independence of working on his own. However, after two years, Kyle recognized the high demand for his services and hired his first employees. Combining the skills and knowledge of great employees with Kyle’s drive and confidence, the business experienced rapid growth over the next 10 years. K&K Youndt Excavating has become a familiar name in the industry specializing in commercial, residential, and industrial excavation projects.
In September 2024, K&K Youndt acquired Sauder Brothers Concrete, bringing on board their manpower, assets, and property. This acquisition allows K&K Youndt to offer a full range of concrete services, including slip-form curb, flatwork, structural, and decorative concrete. This marks an exciting time for K&K Youndt as the company grows its team and expands its expertise. Today, the full-service brand of K&K Youndt employs 40+ people across their excavating and concrete divisions. |
