Kyle Youndt
Owner Kyle started his career like many excavators, in the ditch on a pipe crew. Over the years he has advanced into leadership roles and eventually started K&K Youndt Excavating in 2013. Kyle is the founder and President of K&K Youndt Excavating and K&K Youndt Concrete. Kyle enjoys the challenges of business ownership, building and empowering a young workforce, meeting with customers and creating opportunities for employees. When Kyle is not working, he enjoys spending time with this family, golfing, hiking, hunting, and time at their family cabin. |

Alisa Sauder
Office Manager Alisa handles the day-to-day duties such as payroll, accounts payable, account receivable, managing project data, and assisting the estimating department. In her free time, she loves spending time with family at their cabin. |

Artie Johns
Decorative Coordinator Artie began his career in concrete in 1995. After three years of gaining extensive experience in a variety of concrete applications, he decided to specialize in decorative work. Since then, he has focused on designing and installing beautiful patios, pool decks, and stamped concrete projects. Outside of work, Artie enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his family. |

Jeremy Sauder
Estimator / Project Manager Jeremy has 30 plus years of experience in the concrete industry. He started as a laborer and finisher and then progressed to job foreman. His current responsibilities entail being the estimator and project manager for all the commercial concrete projects and running the daily schedule for all of the concrete employees. When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and going to Raystown Lake. |

Jake Snavely
Project Coordinator Jake started working at K&K Youndt in 2020 as a laborer and finisher and worked his way to job foreman. As project coordinator, he oversees the scheduling for commercial projects as well as quality control. When Jake is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and riding fourwheelers. |
