Kyle Youndt
Owner Kyle started his career like many excavators, in the ditch on a pipe crew. Over the years he has advanced into leadership roles and eventually started K&K Youndt Excavating in 2013. Kyle is the founder and President of K&K Youndt Excavating and K&K Youndt Concrete. Kyle enjoys the challenges of business ownership, building and empowering a young workforce, meeting with customers and creating opportunities for employees. When Kyle is not working, he enjoys spending time with this family, golfing, hiking, hunting, and time at their family cabin. |
Barry Sauder
Decorative Coordinator Barry started in the concrete industry in 1976, working in the family business which started in 1947, under the name Lewis D Sauder Concrete Work. In 1980, it became Sauder Brothers Concrete and Barry became partners with his brother Lester. He began working in the field side by side with his dad and brother and then in the office. Barry has 48 years of experience in residential, agricultural, commercial construction, and in 1992 started decorative concrete work. In 2024, Sauder Brothers Concrete was purchased by K&K Youndt Excavating and the name was changed to K&K Youndt Concrete. He is looking forward to this new chapter in his life and continuing to build personal relationships with new and existing clients. Most importantly, he values his faith and spending time with his family. |
Jason Sauder
Field Coordinator Jason started working in concrete in 1994, the summer after graduating from high school. He continued working full time becoming a foreman and then eventually estimating and overseeing the sitework division. His current responsibilities include estimating, overseeing sitework, quality control, and scheduling the day-to-day operations. When Jason is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin, boating, and hunting. |
Jeremy Sauder
Estimator / Project Manager Jeremy has 30 plus years of experience in the concrete industry. He started as a laborer and finisher and then progressed to job foreman. His current responsibilities entail being the estimator and project manager for all the commercial concrete projects and running the daily schedule for all of the concrete employees. When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and going to Raystown Lake. |
