Kyle Youndt
Owner Kyle started his career like many excavators, in the ditch on a pipe crew. Over the years he has advanced into leadership roles and eventually started K&K Youndt Excavating in 2013. Kyle is the founder and President of K&K Youndt Excavating and K&K Youndt Concrete. Kyle enjoys the challenges of business ownership, building and empowering a young workforce, meeting with customers and creating opportunities for employees. When Kyle is not working, he enjoys spending time with this family, golfing, hiking, hunting, and time at their family cabin. |

Kristen Youndt
Office Manager In January of 2017, Kyle and Kristen decided that if they were going to continue to grow their business, that Kristen was going to need to put her teaching career on hold and work for the business full time. She is responsible for handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee relations and all other miscellaneous day to day tasks. When Kristen is not working, she can be found spending time with her family, riding horses, and spending time at the beach. |

Chad Goshert
Estimator / Project Manager Chad joined the K&K Youndt Excavating family in 2023. He began as a foreman, but quickly became an Estimator and Project Manager due to his hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn. Chad has been in the excavating industry since 2016 giving him 8 plus years of experience in the field and office. Chad does an exceptional job with creating and maintaining relationships with K&K Youndt clients. When not working you can find Chad spending quality time with his family, being outdoors, or enjoying his next hunting or fishing adventure. |

Jeff Nickel
Project Coordinator Jeff started in the excavating industry in 1987 as a laborer. Over the years, he worked his way up to being an operator and then eventually a foreman. In 2018, Jeff began his employment at K&K Youndt Excavating. Jeff is now the project coordinator and handles all of the day-to-day operations, scheduling of employees, and overseeing all projects. When Jeff is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to his cabin, hunting, and riding motorcycle. |

Dalton Leed
Foreman Dalton began working for K&K Youndt Excavating in February of 2019 as a Co-Op student with the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center in the Heavy Equipment program as a senior in high school. After graduation, he continued his employment with the company starting as a laborer, then working his way up to be an operator, and now currently in 2024 being promoted to a foreman. When Dalton is not working, he enjoys hunting and fishing. |
